1. Inventor contacts Patent Search Engine (PSE) or vice versa. In 2020, there were about 3.34 million patents in force in the United States.  Assuming there is a 10% increase since 2020, today there are about 3.7 million patents in force in the United States. In 2021, a total number of 650,654 patent applications were filed at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.  Assuming there is a 10% increase since 2020, presently a total number of 716,000 patent applications are filed at the U.S.P.T.O.
That is the PSE should obtain approximately 4.5 million sell sheets from their inventors.

2. Inventor transfers (or provides a link to) the invention's Sell Sheet to the PSE.

2b. Optional: PSE charges the inventor a fee for this service (see #3 and #4).

3. The PSE creates a link to the invention's Sell Sheet on the digital patent document.

4. PSE can then create a repository of sell sheets and advertise it to companies within that specific sub-industry, market niche or to venture capitalists and angel investors making them aware of new inventions available for partnership, licensing or sale within their industries or market niche.
