improvement to a digital AI Patent Search Engine having a link on the
patent document (patented or patent pending) to an inventor's color sell sheet describing, showing
or selling the invention. The sell sheet is obtained from the inventor, assignee or licensee.
Patents
are multiple pages long and difficult to understand. A
link or hyperlink to an invention's sell sheet (sales brochure, flyer
or video)
on a patent document or a patent search result page created by patent
search engine based on searcher's input, helps a layperson quickly
understand the invention and its benefits. The sell sheet contains color images, virtual
prototypes, links to descriptive videos, invention’s web
site or online stores that may sell the IP, availability of the IP for
licensing etc. Adding a link to the sell
sheet requires minimal data entry for which the Patent Search Engine can charge the inventor a fee. Please see the flowchart. For
example, the inventor (optionally for a fee) uploads his
invention’s sell sheet (or the URL of the sell sheet) to the Patent
Search Engine so that it can create a link on the patent document to
the patent document’s color sell sheet.
